Alvin D. Garvin is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a major in marketing. He has served on the I&FS Region III Regional Council since 1993. This council oversees the I&FS program in ten counties located in southern Alabama. Alvin has worked as a technology specialist providing information and referrals to parents of children with disabilities and adults with disabilities. For over 30 years Mr. Garvin has served on many committees and workgroups whose focus was on disability issues.
